Terms and conditions

  1. A standard order will be on hire for 3 days. Any extra time may incur a surcharge but this will be discussed at the time of order.
  2. Festage Hire are very happy for you to collect your crockery therefore avoiding any delivery charges. However if you prefer for us to deliver and collect we charge 45p per mile travelled
  3. 20% deposit is required with your booking
  4. Remaining balance will be due no later than 14 days prior to the date of hire
  5. If you cancel your order more than 30 days before your hire date you will not be charged for your order and your refund will be returned in full. if you cancel within 30 days of your order your refund will be non refundable.
  6. All broken items will be charged for at 3 times their hired value
  7. If you choose to wash the items please do not use a dishwasher
  8. All of our goods are mainly vintage and some will show some signs of wear from thier years. This is to be expected with age and does not indicate a fault
  9. We accept cash and bank transfer payment.
  10. It is very important you check the terms and conditions carefully and sign your copy when items are collected or delivered. Upon signing you are responsible for taking care of all items and are expected to return all items used in the same condition.
